When we talk about sort grapes and wine, this sort dominates all others because every hill and vineyard give different quality.
Vranec grape and wine have many different features.
For our vine growers and wine producers, there is no better colour of wine that can be given by any other sort of grape. The wine has intensive ruby colour with strong red shades that reflect shiningly in the glass.
Its scent is dominated by the aroma of faded grains of raisins and sugar, alcohol and acids concentrated in its flavour. The wine is best preserved in oak barrels which contribute to preserving its flavour and richness of aromas.
It's served at the room temperature of 18° C with meat cooked in various ways.
Wine is made of grapes that originate from highlands without any possibility for irrigation and with limited produce of each wine.
