This French grape sort has occupied all wineries worldwide.It has also found perfect conditions for high produce and high quality wine production in Negotino.
Warm and changed mediterranean and continental climate are an important precondition for good ripening of grapes.The wine with not intensive ruby-red colour has bouquet of richness of forest and fruit products: fig and blackberry. Tasteful and powerful with softened tannins, its savour remains long after consuming.
Merlot is served at 18°C with all types of rich meat, grill and roasted specialties.
Grape picking in full maturing of grapes makes the richness of wine aromas show off in its best.
