This is a wine that stirs longest your senses without losing its savour. Its colour is ruby-red with strong glow in the glass and fragrance of compote and fruit preserves. Many fragrant aromatics reflect in the smack of this wine dominated by cherry and bilberry. It is delicious and has good tannins. Upon consumption, it stays long afterwards with your senses. This wine can be consumed 4 - 5 years after the picking.
Its best served at the room temperature of 18° C with rich meat specialities, grills, game and forest mushrooms.The grapes are produced in family vineyards, from vines submissive to cultivation.
